Shute Seeds

Shute Seeds is a circular array of seed pods that form a colorful projection mosaic onto the facade of the library building, inspired by the seed as a representation of planting, growth, and community life in Hillsboro.

The seed shapes work together in an elegant, symmetric pattern, with each seed positioned as an integral part of the overall makeup. Patterns on the seed surfaces were designed with input from the local community, including text and imagery.
