Unum

This artwork sits on the unceded territorial land of the Southern Pomo People, past and present, and honors with gratitude the land itself and the people who have tended it throughout time. Unum, Latin for “oneness or together,” emphasizes innovation, diversity, and engagement as leading values of Santa Rosa.

Inspired by the unified Old Courthouse Square, Unum is an illuminated, volumetric enclosure of light and language that serves as an icon for this community hub within the city.
